Benjamin Sanders wins Emmy for work on Nickelodeon’s Peter Rabbit

National Film and Television School alumna, Benjamin Sanders who graduated from an MA in Directing Animation in 2007 has been recognised at the Daytime Emmy Creative Arts Awards for his storyboarding work on series two of Nickelodeon’s Peter Rabbit.

Benjamin won the award for 'Outstanding Individual Achievement in Animation - Storyboarding' at a ceremony which took place on the 29th April at the Westin Bonaventure Hotel and Suites in Los Angeles. The award was given for Benjamin’s work on one particular episode called “The Tale of the Pig and the Kitten”. He has also recently been working as an animator on a new Chinese-American 3D animated film called Rock Dog which is based on the graphic novel "Tibetan Rock Dog" by Zheng Jun and features the voices of Luke Wilson, JK Simmons and Eddie Izzard.
