Four of our 2014 Directing Animation graduates have had their films selected for ANNECY - Europe's leading animation film festival! This is the first time that the festival has selected so many NFTS films from the same year; half of the graduates from 2014 Animation course will be screening their films!
Congratulations to Bexie Bush for her stop-motion pixellated film Mend and Make Do; Effie Pappa for her stop-motion puppet animation My Stuffed Granny,Kasia Nalewajka for her stop-motion film Pineapple Calamari (pictured above) and Daisy Jacobs for The Bigger Picture, which uses life-sized painted characters in 3D environments.
Helen Nabarrro, Head of Directing Animation said: "We are delighted that so many of our 2014 graduates have been selected for this prestigious animation festival and wish them all good luck."
